By creating an account or using the service, you enter into an agreement with Perica Sardjoski, trading as Pegasus English Language School.
Spooky English Escape Room is an educational platform that lets teachers run Halloween-themed digital escape rooms for English-language students. Teachers can play ready-made rooms, create and edit their own rooms, and generate puzzle content with AI assistance.
By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be an adult educator (or have authority to act for your school) to create a teacher account. Students join games anonymously via a link or code and do not create accounts.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
Pegasus English Language School retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, design, branding, and ready-made room content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain ownership of the room content you create; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). The Teacher Plan is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your custom room content may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
